This interior design project was developed for a two-bedroom apartment in Chiado, Lisbon, at the invitation of an investor client with whom we collaborate regularly. The property was outdated, with deteriorated base materials and only one bathroom, which limited its potential.
Our proposal focused on reconfiguring the layout, transforming the existing bathroom into two — one of them an en-suite with direct access from one of the bedrooms — significantly improving both the functionality and attractiveness of the apartment.
The flooring was completely renovated and decorative paint finishes were introduced to enrich the interiors and add personality to the space. As is common in projects developed for this client, the apartment was also fully furnished and decorated, ready to move into.
The result is a renewed and elegant space, with the charm that a Chiado apartment deserves.
