PRIVATE CONDOMINIUM PALM RESIDENCE

This interior design project was developed for a house in the residential development The Palm, in Carcavelos, at the invitation of the construction company responsible for the project.

The aim was to create a show home that would demonstrate the full potential of the development, allowing future buyers to experience the spaces fully furnished and decorated.

The property already had a well-balanced layout, generous areas, elegant architecture and carefully selected finishes. Our intervention focused on creating a contemporary decoration concept while maintaining a sense of lightness, charm and sophistication through the choice of colours, materials and furniture pieces.

The decoration was designed to complement the elegance of the existing architecture and materials, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the home.

The objective was to create welcoming and aspirational environments capable of immediately conveying the feeling of a lived-in and desirable home. Each space was carefully designed so that potential buyers could imagine themselves living there.

The result is a modern, bright and inviting house designed to inspire buyers to acquire the property exactly as presented — fully furnished and decorated.
